Robert Moore – President & Chief
Operating Officer
Robert Moore joined The Sheridan Group in 2000, and since April 1, 2006 has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of The Dingley Press. From 2003 to 2006, Robert served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Sheridan Books. From November 2001 to January 2003, he served as Vice President of Finance for Sheridan Books, and, from 2000 to November 2001, Robert served as Director of Finance for Sheridan Books. Prior to joining The Sheridan Group, from 1990 to 2000 Robert held several positions in Finance, Sales and Marketing at The Procter & Gamble Company. Robert holds a B.A. from the University of Cincinnati.

Chris Pierce – Chairman
Chris Pierce joined The Sheridan Group in May 2004, upon the consummation of the Dingley Acquisition, and since April 1, 2006, has served as Chairman of The Dingley Press. From 2004 to 2006, Chris served as President and Chief Operating Officer of The Dingley Press. From 1980 to the time of the Dingley Acquisition, he served as President of The Dingley Press. Chris holds a B.A. from Bowdoin College.

Eric Lane – Vice President, Finance
Eric Lane joined The Sheridan Group in May 2004, upon the consummation of the Dingley Acquisition, and has served as Vice President of Finance for The Dingley Press since that date. From 1986 to the time of the Dingley Acquisition, Eric served as Vice President of Finance. Eric is a graduate of Andover College.

Ken Rapp – Vice
President, Human Resources
Ken Rapp joined The Sheridan Group in March 2002, and since April 2006, has served as Vice President of Human resources for The Dingley Press. From 2002 to 2004, Ken served as Director of Human Resources for Capital City Press, and from 2004 to 2006 he served as Vice President of Human Resources for Capital City Press. Prior to joining the Sheridan Group, Ken held several positions in Manufacturing and Human Resources in various companies within the primary Steel Making Industry from 1981 to 2002. Ken hold a B.S. from Carnegie Mellon University.
